The Millennial generation is a group of young people whose birth years range from 1980 to 2000. This generation is actually even larger than the Baby Boom generation (born from 1946 to 1964).

They are a unique generation growing up in an expanding world of choice and options.  They do not only see one path to follow but have been encouraged to take the path less traveled.  Thus they see the limitless possibilities of life! No longer is it just complete school, get a job, get married, have kids and retire (or die as Julie puts it.. :-). They know they have a lot of alternative options for what adulthood looks like and they are taking full advantage!
